Als brouwer volg je het volledige brouwproces op: van de voorbereiding van grondstoffen en recepten tot fermentatie en kwaliteitscontrole. Je combineert vakkennis met technisch inzicht en nauwkeurigheid.

  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van het bierbrouwproces
  • Opvolgen en optimaliseren van productiestappen
  • Producten doseren en voorbereiden voor fermentatie
  • Alcoholische fermentatie opvolgen
  • Stalen nemen en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren
  • Recepten correct interpreteren en toepassen
  • Installaties inschakelen, instellen en controleren
  • Routinematig onderhoud en reiniging van de werkpost uitvoeren
  • Afwijkingen tijdig signaleren en gepast bijsturen

Je bent een gepassioneerde brouwer die kwaliteit belangrijk vindt en graag meewerkt aan verschillende bierstijlen. Je combineert een analytische ingesteldheid met een praktische en hands-on mentaliteit.
