Voor diverse gemeenten in Noord Nederland zijn wij op zoek naar ervaren BRP Specialisten. Het betreft een wervende vacature, dit houdt in dat we graag, samen met de gemeente, in contact komen met kandidaten die op zoek zijn naar een nieuwe uitdaging. De werkzaamheden Als BRP specialist binnen de gemeente ga je aan de slag met vraagstukken op het gebied van burgerzaken. - Beheer van de Basisregistratie Personen (BRP). Verrichten van alle voorkomende werkzaamheden in het kader van de BRP: o.a. berichtenverkeer, actualiseren-, corrigeren en aanleggen van persoonslijsten; - Beoordeling en verwerking van buitenlandse brondocumenten en eerste inschrijving in het BRP; - Afhandelen van complexe en specifieke zaken betreffende BRP en Burgelijke Stand; - Kennis en uitvoering van regelingen inzake informatiebeveiliging, de wet BRP en het privacyreglement; - Behandelen van verzoeken met betrekking tot opties en naturalisaties; - Verrichten van werkzaamheden rondom de zelfevaluatie BRP en reisdocumenten; Het profiel - MBO4 of HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Kennis en ervaring op het gebied van BRP - Kennis van de gemeentelijke organisatie, denk aan het interne beleid, regels en procedures. - Kennis van automatisering - Ervaring met de applicaties Cipers en/of iBurgerzaken Je bent communicatief sterk. Je weet begripvol om te gaan met tegenstrijdige belangen en kan oplossingsgericht meedenken. Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar op doordeweekse dagen (tussen 08:00 - 18:00 uur, een enkele keer kun je ook 's avonds ingezet worden).
