Heb jij een passie voor het ondersteunen van kinderen, ouders en het onderwijs? Dan ben jij degene die wij zoeken! Vanwege zwangerschapsvervanging zoeken we tijdelijk een betrokken brugfunctionaris. In deze rol verbind je leerlingen, ouders en school en zorg je ervoor dat kinderen de kansen krijgen die ze verdienen om zich optimaal te ontwikkelen. Dit ga je doen - Je bent een laagdrempelig aanspreekpunt voor leerlingen. Je bouwt een vertrouwensband met hen op en biedt ruimte om te praten over wat hen bezighoudt, zowel op school als thuis. Leerlingen weten dat ze bij jou terechtkunnen als ze ergens mee zitten. - Signaleren wat een leerling nodig heeft om zich goed te kunnen ontwikkelen door een luisterend oor te bieden en samen met de leerling te kijken welke ondersteuning of mogelijkheden daarbij passen. - Je hebt oog voor wat er speelt in de thuissituatie, bijvoorbeeld rondom financiën, taal, opvoeding of welzijn, en bespreekt waar nodig met ouders wat hen kan helpen. - Je legt verbinding tussen leerlingen, ouders, school en hulpverlening. Je helpt bij het vinden van passende ondersteuning, zoals jeugdhulp, het wijkteam of andere organisaties. - Het stimuleren van ouderbetrokkenheid bij school en de ontwikkeling van hun kind, in samenwerking met mentoren, docenten en externe partners. - Kansen creëren voor leerlingen door belemmeringen weg te nemen en aan te sluiten bij wat zij nodig hebben om zich zo goed mogelijk te ontwikkelen. Bij ons krijg je volop de ruimte om echt iets te betekenen voor leerlingen en hun gezinnen. Je bent zichtbaar op school, weet wat er speelt en werkt samen met verschillende betrokkenen.
