Vanuit een brugwachtershuis zorg jij dat schepen veilig en vlot kunnen doorvaren. Heb je interesse in wat er op het water gebeurt, van beroepsvaart tot recreatievaart, en lijkt het je leuk om daar dagelijks mee bezig te zijn? Bij Blue Amigo werken we iedere dag op, aan en voor de Nederlandse waterwegen. Voor de brugbediening in Maarssen zoeken we nieuwe collega's. Vanuit een brugwachtershuis bedien je één of meerdere objecten. Via schermen en camera's volg je wat er op en rond het water gebeurt en heb je contact met schippers. Je werkt gemiddeld 24-32 uur per week in een seizoensbaan van april t/m oktober. Je werkt volgens een wisselend rooster en kunt je beschikbaarheid aangeven. Hier gelden wel afspraken voor. Je kunt op meerdere locaties worden ingezet. De diensten zijn van 9.00-19.00 met een doorbetaalde pauze. Ervaring is niet nodig. Wij leiden je op. Tussen februari en maart 2027 zijn er bijna wekelijks startmomenten voor de opleiding . Tijdens de opleiding ben je nog niet in dienst. Rond je deze succesvol af, dan treed je bij Blue Amigo in dienst. Wat wij bieden - Salaris van € 18,51 bruto per uur (bij 36 uur: € 2887,56 bruto per maand) - Seizoen contract van 24-32 uur per week van april t/m oktober - Onregelmatigheidstoeslagen van 20%-100% - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer - Pensioenopbouw vanaf je eerste werkdag - Volledig vergoede opleiding van 6 weken in samenwerking met NNVO - Mogelijkheden om verder te leren en door te groeien binnen Blue Amigo Wat ga je doen?
