Je werkt op locaties zoals een kinderdagverblijf, de buitenschoolse opvang (BSO), naschoolse opvang (NSO) of een peuterspeelzaal.

Jij creëert een warme, huiselijke sfeer waarin kinderen zich echt veilig en vertrouwd voelen.

Met jouw oplettendheid houd je nauwlettend de ontwikkeling van zowel individuele kinderen als de groep in de gaten.

Je schakelt tijdig met collega’s, ouders of specialisten wanneer je vragen of zorgen hebt.

Ouders kunnen altijd bij jou terecht met hun vragen en jij zorgt voor een open en prettige samenwerking.

Je organiseert leuke en leerzame activiteiten gericht op sport, bewegen, kunst en creativiteit, afgestemd op de leeftijdsgroep.

Zo draag jij actief bij aan de sociale, cognitieve en emotionele ontwikkeling van elk kind.

Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat groepsruimten netjes blijven en voer je lichte huishoudelijke taken uit.
