Als pedagogisch medewerker in de kinderopvang begeleid je met enthousiasme een groep kinderen op een kinderdagverblijf, BSO, NSO of een peuterspeelzaal.

Je creëert een warm en veilig klimaat waarin kinderen zich op hun gemak voelen en tot bloei komen.

Je bent voortdurend alert op de ontwikkeling van de kinderen en de groepsdynamiek, zodat iedereen de juiste begeleiding krijgt.

Wanneer er zorgen of bijzonderheden zijn, bespreek je die met ouders, collega’s of externe deskundigen.

Ouders kunnen ook bij jou terecht met vragen of een luisterend oor — jij bent hun betrouwbare aanspreekpunt.

Daarnaast verzin je inspirerende activiteiten op het gebied van sport, creativiteit en , afgestemd op de belevingswereld van de kinderen.

Zo help je hen in hun sociale, emotionele en cognitieve groei.

Tot slot houd je samen met je collega’s de speel- en groepsruimten op orde en verricht je eenvoudige huishoudelijke taken.

Functietitel BSO Pedagogisch Medewerker Periode Per direct - Onbepaald Functie-eisen - Je hebt een diploma dat je kwalificeert voor de functie pedagogisch medewerker voor dagopvang of BSO/NSO volgens de CAO Kinderopvang, zoals SPW 3/4 (MBO), HBO Pedagogiek of PABO. - Je hebt ervaring in de dagopvang of op de buitenschoolse opvang. - Je bezit goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kan zowel zelfstandig als in een team functioneren. - Je staat ingeschreven in het Personenregister Kinderopvang of je bent bereid je in te schrijven.
