Als pedagogisch medewerker in de kinderopvang begeleid je groepen kinderen op een kinderdagverblijf, buitenschoolse opvang (BSO), naschoolse opvang (NSO) of peuterspeelzaal.

Je creëert een huiselijke sfeer waarin kinderen zich veilig en vertrouwd voelen.

Je houdt de ontwikkeling van de kinderen én de groep nauwlettend in de gaten, dus een alerte houding is belangrijk.

Bij zorgen overleg je met collega’s, ouders of een deskundige.

Ook bied je oudercontact waarin je vragen beantwoordt en aansluit bij hun wensen.

Je organiseert leuke en leerzame activiteiten op het gebied van sport & beweging, kunst en creativiteit.

Zo stimuleer je de sociale, emotionele en cognitieve groei van ieder kind.

Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor een net en verzorgd groepsklimaat via lichte huishoudelijke taken.

Functietitel BSO Pedagogisch Medewerker Periode Per direct - Onbepaald Functie-eisen - Je hebt een diploma dat je kwalificeert voor de functie pedagogisch medewerker voor dagopvang of BSO/NSO volgens de CAO Kinderopvang, zoals SPW 3/4 (MBO), HBO Pedagogiek of PABO. - Je hebt ervaring in de dagopvang of op de buitenschoolse opvang. - Je bezit goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kan zowel zelfstandig als in een team functioneren. - Je staat ingeschreven in het Personenregister Kinderopvang of je bent bereid je in te schrijven. Hiervoor dien je een VOG aan te vragen (de VOG vergoeden wij na je eerst gewerkte dienst). - Je bent enthousiast om via Zorgwerk aan het werk te gaan. - Je beschikt
