Kom dan werken als pedagogisch medewerker in de kinderopvang! ✨ Als pedagogisch medewerker begeleid je dagelijks enthousiaste groepen kinderen binnen het kinderdagverblijf, de buitenschoolse opvang (BSO), naschoolse opvang (NSO) of peuterspeelzaal.

Je creëert een warme en huiselijke sfeer waarin kinderen zich gehoord, veilig en vertrouwd voelen.

Met een oplettend oog volg je de ontwikkeling van elk kind én de groepsdynamiek nauwkeurig.

Bij opvallende situaties overleg je met je collega’s, ouders of een betrokken deskundige.

Ouders weten jou ook te vinden met vragen over de zorg en ontwikkeling van hun kind.

Je bedenkt en organiseert uitdagende activiteiten op het gebied van bewegen, creativiteit en kunst, waarmee je kinderen stimuleert in hun sociale, cognitieve en emotionele groei.

Tot slot zorg je voor een verzorgde omgeving door het onderhouden van de groepsruimten en het uitvoeren van lichte huishoudelijke taken.

Functietitel BSO Pedagogisch Medewerker Periode Per direct - Onbepaald Functie-eisen - Je hebt een diploma dat je kwalificeert voor de functie pedagogisch medewerker voor dagopvang of BSO/NSO volgens de CAO Kinderopvang, zoals SPW 3/4 (MBO), HBO Pedagogiek of PABO. - Je hebt ervaring in de dagopvang of op de buitenschoolse opvang. - Je bezit goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kan zowel zelfstandig als in een team functioneren. - Je staat ingeschreven in het Personenregister Kinderopvang of je bent bereid je in te schrijven. Hiervoor dien je een VOG aan te vragen (de VOG vergoeden wij na je eerst gewerkte dienst). - Je bent enthousiast
