Of je nu werkt op een kinderdagverblijf, BSO, NSO of peuterspeelzaal, jij staat altijd klaar met een glimlach en een plan.

Je creëert een huiselijke sfeer waarin ieder kind zich gezien en gehoord voelt.

Met jouw oplettendheid en inlevingsvermogen houd je niet alleen de ontwikkeling van elk kind in de gaten, maar zie je ook wat er speelt in de hele groep.

Bij vragen of zorgen werk je samen met ouders, collega’s of andere deskundigen om tot de beste aanpak te komen.

Daarnaast bedenk en organiseer je activiteiten die aansluiten bij de belevingswereld van de kinderen – van lekker buitenspelen tot creatief knutselen of samen muziek maken.

Jij draagt actief bij aan de sociale, emotionele en cognitieve ontwikkeling van kinderen.

Ook houd je samen met collega’s de groepen en ruimtes schoon en gezellig, zodat iedereen met plezier binnenkomt.
