Functieomschrijving Heb jij een passie voor kinderen en wil je elke dag bijdragen aan hun groei en plezier? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! Als pedagogisch medewerker in de kinderopvang begeleid je kinderen in een kinderdagverblijf, BSO, NSO of peuterspeelzaal.

Je creëert een huiselijke en veilige sfeer, waarin kinderen zich geborgen voelen en vrij kunnen ontwikkelen.

Je observeert met aandacht de ontwikkeling van de kinderen en signaleert bijzonderheden in individu of groep.

Bij vragen of zorgen overleg je met ouders, collega’s of andere deskundigen, zodat elk kind de juiste zorg en aandacht krijgt.

Je bedenkt en organiseert dagelijks leuke en leerzame activiteiten op het gebied van sport, creativiteit en andere thema’s passend bij de leeftijd.

Zo draag je actief bij aan de sociale, emotionele en cognitieve groei van de kinderen.

Daarnaast zorg je voor een netjes georganiseerde omgeving door het uitvoeren van lichte huishoudelijke taken in de groepsruimtes.
