Functieomschrijving Maak elke dag bijzonder én betekenisvol met jouw zorgzame inzet voor kinderen! Als pedagogisch medewerker in de kinderopvang begeleid je met liefde en enthousiasme groepen kinderen in een kinderdagverblijf, BSO, NSO of peuterspeelzaal.

Je creëert een warme en veilige sfeer waarin kinderen zich op hun gemak voelen en tot bloei kunnen komen.

Je observeert nauwkeurig de ontwikkeling van elk kind én van de groepsdynamiek, en onderneemt actie wanneer dat nodig is.

Bij eventuele zorgen overleg je met collega’s, ouders of andere deskundigen om samen de juiste ondersteuning te bieden.

Ouders kunnen op jou rekenen voor , advies of gewoon een luisterend oor.

Je bedenkt en organiseert leuke en leerzame activiteiten gericht op sport, spel, creativiteit en expressie.

Zo draag je actief bij aan de emotionele, sociale en cognitieve ontwikkeling van ieder kind.

Daarnaast houd je de groepsruimte netjes en verzorgd door het uitvoeren van lichte huishoudelijke taken.

Samen met je team zorg je voor een veilige, inspirerende en stimulerende plek vol plezier en groei!
