Functieomschrijving Laat jouw passie voor kinderen stralen en maak iedere dag bijzonder als pedagogisch medewerker! Als pedagogisch medewerker in de kinderopvang bied je dagelijkse begeleiding aan kinderen binnen een kinderdagverblijf, buitenschoolse opvang (BSO), naschoolse opvang (NSO) of peuterspeelzaal.

Je creëert een warme en veilige omgeving waar kinderen zich op hun gemak voelen en zichzelf kunnen ontwikkelen.

Met een oplettende en alerte houding houd je de ontwikkeling van elk kind nauwkeurig in de gaten, waarbij je waar nodig overlegt met ouders, collega’s of deskundigen.

Als aanspreekpunt voor ouders beantwoord je vragen en geef je ondersteuning rondom de opvoeding.

Je organiseert leuke en leerzame activiteiten op het gebied van sport, spel, kunst en creativiteit die passen bij de leeftijden en interesses van de kinderen.

Door deze activiteiten stimuleer je hun sociale, emotionele en cognitieve ontwikkeling op een speelse manier.

Daarnaast draag je zorg voor een net en opgeruimd groepslokaal en voer je lichte huishoudelijke taken uit om een fijne speel- en leeromgeving te behouden.
