Functieomschrijving Maak elke dag bijzonder voor kinderen, terwijl je werkt in een warme en inspirerende omgeving! Als pedagogisch medewerker in de kinderopvang begeleid je ieder kind vol aandacht op een kinderdagverblijf, buitenschoolse opvang (BSO), naschoolse opvang (NSO) of peuterspeelzaal.

Je creëert een huiselijke sfeer waarin kinderen zich veilig en vertrouwd voelen.

Je volgt nauwgezet hun ontwikkeling en signaleert bijzonderheden in gedrag of groei.

Bij opvallende situaties overleg je met collega’s, ouders of een deskundige om samen het beste voor het kind te bereiken.

Ouders kunnen altijd bij jou terecht met vragen of voor een luisterend oor.

Je bedenkt leuke en leerzame activiteiten gericht op bijvoorbeeld sport, creativiteit of muziek, die bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van de kinderen.

Je begeleidt hen op een positieve manier in hun sociale, emotionele en cognitieve groei.

Daarnaast zorg je voor een nette groepsruimte en pak je lichte huishoudelijke taken op waar nodig.
