Als pedagogisch medewerker in de kinderopvang bied je kinderen een veilige en vertrouwde plek om te spelen, leren en groeien.

Je werkt in een kinderdagverblijf, buitenschoolse opvang (BSO), naschoolse opvang (NSO) of peuterspeelzaal én begeleidt kinderen op een stimulerende manier.

Met jouw zorgzame houding creëer je een huiselijke sfeer waarin kinderen zich gehoord en gezien voelen.

Je houdt hun ontwikkeling goed in de gaten en schakelt tijdig met collega’s, ouders of deskundigen als dat nodig is.

Ook geef je ouders de ruimte om met vragen of zorgen bij jou terecht te kunnen.

Creativiteit en spontaniteit komen goed van pas, want jij organiseert leuke en leerzame activiteiten op het gebied van sport, kunst en beweging.

Hiermee draag je actief bij aan hun sociale, cognitieve en emotionele groei.

Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de groepsruimtes netjes en verzorgd blijven door lichte huishoudelijke taken uit te voeren.

Functietitel BSO Pedagogisch Medewerker Periode Per direct - Onbepaald Functie-eisen - Je hebt een diploma dat je kwalificeert voor de functie pedagogisch medewerker voor dagopvang of BSO/NSO volgens de CAO Kinderopvang, zoals SPW 3/4 (MBO), HBO Pedagogiek of PABO.

- Je hebt ervaring in de dagopvang of op de buitenschoolse opvang.

- Je bezit goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kan zowel zelfstandig als in een team functioneren.
