Functieomschrijving Laat jouw energie en liefde voor kinderen bovenkomen in een afwisselende baan vol plezier en betekenis! ✨ Als pedagogisch medewerker in de kinderopvang draag je elke dag bij aan de groei en ontwikkeling van kinderen in een kinderdagverblijf, BSO, NSO of peuterspeelzaal.

Je creëert een warme en vertrouwde omgeving waarin kinderen zich veilig en thuis voelen.

Met een scherp oog volg je de ontwikkeling van elk kind én de groep, en bij zorgen overleg je met collega's, ouders of specialisten.

Ook speel je een belangrijke rol voor ouders, die met hun vragen bij jou terechtkunnen.

Je bedenkt en organiseert leuke en leerzame activiteiten rond sport, kunst en creativiteit, afgestemd op de leeftijd én ontwikkeling van de kinderen.

Zo help je hen groeien op emotioneel, sociaal en cognitief vlak.

Daarnaast houd je de ruimtes netjes en draag je bij aan een fijne sfeer door het uitvoeren van lichte huishoudelijke taken.

Functietitel BSO Pedagogisch Medewerker Periode Per direct - Onbepaald Functie-eisen - Je hebt een diploma dat je kwalificeert voor de functie pedagogisch medewerker voor dagopvang of BSO/NSO volgens de CAO Kinderopvang, zoals SPW 3/4 (MBO), HBO Pedagogiek of PABO. - Je hebt ervaring in de dagopvang of op de buitenschoolse opvang. - Je bezit goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kan zowel zelfstandig als in een team functioneren. - Je staat ingeschreven in het Personenregister Kinderopvang of je bent bereid je in te schrijven.
