Functieomschrijving Maak dagelijks het verschil in het leven van kinderen als pedagogisch medewerker! Als pedagogisch medewerker in de kinderopvang begeleid je met liefde groepen kinderen in het kinderdagverblijf, de buitenschoolse opvang (BSO), naschoolse opvang (NSO) of op de peuterspeelzaal.

Je creëert een warme, huiselijke sfeer waarin kinderen zich veilig en op hun gemak voelen.

Je volgt nauwkeurig de ontwikkeling van de kinderen en de groep en blijft daarbij altijd oplettend en alert.

Bij eventuele problemen overleg je met collega’s, ouders of een deskundige om het beste voor het kind te waarborgen.

Ook kunnen ouders bij jou terecht met hun vragen of zorgen.

Je bedenkt en organiseert leuke en leerzame activiteiten op het gebied van sport, creativiteit en beweging, afgestemd op de leeftijden van de kinderen.

Zo stimuleer je hun sociale, emotionele en cognitieve ontwikkeling op een speelse manier.

Daarnaast draag je zorg voor een nette omgeving door lichte huishoudelijke taken in de groeps- en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes op je te nemen.
