Als pedagogisch medewerker binnen de kinderopvang begeleid je met veel enthousiasme kinderen op het kinderdagverblijf, de buitenschoolse opvang (BSO), naschoolse opvang (NSO) of peuterspeelzaal.

Je zorgt voor een warme en vertrouwde sfeer waar ieder kind zich veilig voelt en tot bloei komt.

Met jouw scherpe blik houd je de ontwikkeling van ieder kind en de groep als geheel goed in het oog.

Bij zorgen of vragen schakel je met ouders, collega’s of andere deskundigen en bied je een luisterend oor.

Je bedenkt en begeleidt inspirerende activiteiten rondom sport, kunst en creativiteit, afgestemd op de leeftijden en belevingswereld van de kinderen.

Zo lever je een prachtige bijdrage aan hun sociale, emotionele en cognitieve ontwikkeling.

Daarnaast zorg je ook voor een prettige omgeving door het uitvoeren van lichte huishoudelijke taken en het op orde houden van de inventaris.
