Sie sind zahlenaffin, verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und möchten Ihre Expertise zukünftig im Accounting einbringen? Dann haben wir genau die richtige Stelle für Sie! Wir suchen für unseren Kunden im Raum Enns 1 Buchhalter_in Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Selbständige Erfassung, Prüfung und Verbuchung laufender Eingangsrechnungen sowie Klärung von Preis- und Mengendifferenzen in Abstimmung mit den zuständigen Fachabteilungen

* Mitarbeit bei der ordnungsgemäßen Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie bei der Bearbeitung und Abrechnung von Reisekosten

* Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten sowie bei damit verbundenen buchhalterischen Abstimmungen

* Kompetente Ansprechperson für buchhalterische Fragestellungen der verschiedenen Fachabteilungen

* Unterstützung bei laufenden Aufgaben und Fragestellungen im Bereich der Anlagenbuchhaltung

Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HAS, Lehre) sowie Buchhalter-oder Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position (von Vorteil)

* Genaue, detailgetreue und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 (insbesondere Word und Excel)

* Gute Englischkenntnisse

* Teamplayermentalität mit hoher Eigeninitiative, sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und gutes Zahlenverständnis

Arbeitszeiten:

* Vollzeitanstellung (38,5 h/Woche)

* Montag - Freitag mit Gleitzeitmodell

* Gehalt ab € 3.500,- brutto/Monat, je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation ist eine Überzahlung möglich
