Arbeitszeit: ab 30 Wochenstunden

Gehalt: ab € 39.200 brutto/Jahr auf Vollzeitbasis - abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung

Über die Position

Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes und erfolgreiches Unternehmen im Immobilienbereich in Wien, suchen wir zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt eine/n zuverlässige/n und genaue/n Buchhalter/in.

Die Position bietet die Möglichkeit, in einem professionellen und kollegialen Umfeld einen vielseitigen Aufgabenbereich eigenständig zu betreuen.

Angesprochen sind Kandidat_innen mit Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche bzw. Hausverwaltung. Erfahrung mit immobilienbezogenen Abrechnungen ist von Vorteil.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Erfassung und Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen

* Durchführung und Vorbereitung von Zahlungsläufen

* Verbuchung und Abstimmung von Bankkonten

* Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Monats- und Quartalsabrechnungen aus dem Bereich Hausverwaltung

* Durchführung von Abstimmungsarbeiten, insbesondere mit Finanzamt und Verrechnungskonten

* Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen (UVA)

* Unterstützung bei laufenden buchhalterischen Tätigkeiten und Kontrollen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erfolgreich absolvierte Buchhalterprüfung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung

* Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche, Hausverwaltung oder Immobilienbuchhaltung von Vorteil

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* BMD NTCS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Gute Zahlenaffinität und strukturierte, genaue Arbeitsweise

* Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Freude an einem abwechslungsreichen Aufgabenbereich
