DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Debitorenbuchhaltung: Pflege der Konten und Forderungsmanagement - vom ersten Kontakt

bis zum Mahnwesen

* Kreditorenbuchhaltung: Sorgfältige Rechnungskontrolle, präzise Kontenabstimmung sowie der

reibungslose Zahlungsverkehr

* Anlagenbuchhaltung: Verwaltung, Pflege und Abschreibung unserer Vermögenswerte - dein

Blick fürs Detail zählt!

* Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse: Gemeinsam meistern wir die Herausforderungen der

Abschlussarbeiten.

* Steuerrecht: Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung der laufenden Geschäftsfälle

* UVA, Analysen und Reportings: Erstellung sowie Abgabe der Meldungen, Berichte und

Auswertungen sowie Analysen, welche wertvolle Einblicke bieten

DAS SOLLTEST DU MITBRINGEN:

* Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HLW) - dein solides Fundament

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung oder Finanzen - du weißt, wie der Hase läuft

* Hervorragende MS-Office-Kenntnisse, besonders in Excel - Zahlen sind dein Spielplatz

* Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, im Team zu glänzen - du bist flexibel und

kooperativ

* Ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und absolute Termintreue - Deadlines sind für dich keine

Herausforderung

* Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Diskretion und Präzision - du bist ein echter Fels in
