* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung

* mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanz- oder Bilanzbuchhaltung

* Lohnverrechnungskenntnisse von Vorteil

* Gewissenhaftigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion

* Großes Engagement und Einsatzbereitschaft

* Fundierte EDV - Kenntnisse (idealerweise BMD)

DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Eigenverantwortliche Buchhaltung

* Du übernimmst die komplette Buchhaltung, kümmerst dich um die laufende Verbuchung von Geschäftsvorfällen und stellst eine korrekte Kontenführung sicher

* Rechnungsprüfung & Zahlungsverkehr

* Du prüfst und verbuchst Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen, koordinierst den Zahlungsverkehr und sorgst dafür, dass Fristen eingehalten werden

* Du überwachst offene Posten, erstellst Mahnungen und hältst den Kontakt zu Kunden und Geschäftspartner_innen

* Monatliche Abschlussarbeiten

* Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen, bereitest Berichte auf und arbeitest eng mit Steuerberater_innen und Wirtschaftsprüfer_innen zusammen

* Steuerliche & gesetzliche Vorgaben umsetzen

* Eigenständige Durchführung der Finanzbuchhaltung und Vorbereitung des Jahresabschlusses

* Abwicklung von Zahlungsverkehr

* Mahnwesen & Forderungsmanagement

* Erstellung von verschiedenen Auswertungen/Berichten
