Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung

* Bearbeitung von Kontoauszügen, Kreditkartenabrechnungen und dem Kassabuch

* Kontenabstimmung sowie Pflege der Stammdaten

* Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Zahlungsläufen

* Erstellung monatlicher Statistiken, Meldungen und Auswertungen

* Mitarbeit an Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen

* Ansprechpartner:in für interne und externe Fragen im Bereich Rechnungswesen

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Erfolgreich absolvierte Buchhalterprüfung & einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (v. a. Excel)

* Erfahrung mit BMD/SAP von Vorteil

* Selbständige, genaue & strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Eigenverantwortung

* Entsprechende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
