Für unseren Kunden, ein innovatives Unternehmen im Großraum Sattledt suchen wir ab sofort: 1 Buchhalter_in / Finanzbuchhalter_in Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Selbstständige Abwicklung der laufenden Buchhaltung von der Eingangs- bis zur Ausgangsrechnung

* Laufende Kontrolle und Abstimmung der Konten

* Vorbereitung, Überwachung und Durchführung der Zahlläufe

* Kontrolle und Nachverfolgung der Zahlungseingänge

* Durchführung und Betreuung des Mahnwesens

* Mitarbeit bei Monatsabschlusstätigkeiten

* Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Intrastat-Meldungen und weiteren Statistiken

* Unterstützung bei Bilanzierungs- und Jahresabschlusstätigkeiten

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei Abschlüssen nach IFRS

* Unterstützung bei der laufenden Optimierung von Abläufen und Prozessen im Rechnungswesen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Mindestens vier Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer eigenständig geführten und umfangreichen Buchhaltung

* Sehr gutes Verständnis für buchhalterische Zusammenhänge

* Erfahrung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlusstätigkeiten von Vorteil

* IFRS-Kenntnisse bzw. erste praktische Berührungspunkte von Vorteil

* Hohe Zahlenaffinität und ausgeprägtes Auge fürs Detail

* Sehr genaue, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Lösungsorientiertes Denken und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Teamgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem professionellen Finanzteam
