Aktuell verstärken wir unser Team in der Abteilung Finanzen um 1 Buchhalter:in (m/w/d) Die Aufgaben

Sie lernen unsere Prozesse kennen und übernehmen sukzessive Aufgaben, die Sie eigenständig und eigenverantwortlich ausführen.

Sie verbuchen Eingangsrechnungen und Ausgangsrechnungen

Sie übernehmen die Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs

Sie kontrollieren kreditoren- und debitorenseitige Außenstände

Sie unterstützen bei der monatlichen UVA-Meldung an das Finanzamt

Sie tragen dazu bei, dass die Finanzprozesse noch besser funktionieren

Sie bereiten Unterlagen und Informationen für externe Prüfer vor

Stellenanforderungen

Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit (Lehre, HAS, HAK, HLW, Bilanzbuchhalter)

Sie haben bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung gesammelt

Sie sprechen Deutsch (C1) und haben auch keine Scheu vor einfacher englischer Konversation

Sie wollen Verantwortung übernehmen, sind selbstorganisiert und arbeiten sehr gewissenhaft

Sie haben einen Führerschein B und einen PKW zur Erreichung des Firmenstandortes oder fahren gerne mit dem Fahrrad (öffentlich sind wir leider nicht so gut erreichbar)
