Wir sind ein wachsendes Unternehmen und setzen auf digitale, effiziente Buchhaltungsprozesse. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene Buchhalterin (m/w/d) mit fundierten Kenntnissen (in Zoho Books von Vorteil) sowie im österreichischen Steuerrecht.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Einrichtung und vollständige Implementierung von Zoho Books

* Anpassung des Kontenplans (österreichischer Standard)

* Einrichtung von Steuersätzen (USt, Reverse Charge, innergemeinschaftliche Leistungen etc.)

* Definition von Buchungslogiken und Automatisierungen

* Übernahme und laufende Betreuung der Buchhaltung

* Laufende Buchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen

* Abstimmung der Bankkonten (Bankanbindung ist bereits aktiv)

* Kontrolle und Optimierung der bestehenden Prozesse

* Steuerliche Aufgaben (AT-relevant)

* Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen (UVA)

* Vorbereitung der Daten für Steuerberater/Jahresabschluss

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des österreichischen Steuer- und Rechnungslegungsrechts

* Optimierung & Dokumentation

* Aufbau klarer Buchhaltungsprozesse

* Dokumentation der Zoho-Books-Struktur für interne Zwecke

* Ansprechpartner:in für buchhalterische und steuerliche Fragen im Unternehmen

Was bereits vorhanden ist:

* Zoho Books bereits mit dem Bankkonto verknüpft

* Ausgangsrechnungen inkl. Subscriptions sind eingerichtet

* Die restliche Zoho-Books-Struktur soll von dir professionell aufgebaut und finalisiert werden

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Buchhalterprüfung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung in Österreich

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse im österreichischen Steuerrecht

* Praxis-Erfahrung mit Zoho Books von Vorteil (Einrichtung und laufende Nutzung)

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Affinität zu digitalen Tools und Automatisierung

* Kommunikationsstärke und Lösungsorientierung
