Wir verstärken unser Team und suchen 1 Buchhalter_in mit Rezeptionstätigkeiten (m/w/d) Werde Teil des Kartausen-Teams! Wir freuen uns auf DICH!

Für unser Team in der Kartause Gaming suchen wir ab sofort eine:n erfahrene:n und engagierte:n Buchhalter:in mit Rezeptionstätigkeiten (m/w/d) ab 20 Wochenstunden.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Selbstständige Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung

* Erfassung und Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen

* Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung

* Kontenabstimmungen und laufende Kontrolle der Buchhaltung

* Zahlungsverkehr und Vorbereitung von Zahlungen

* Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie bei Auswertungen und Statistiken

* Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatung, Geschäftsführung und den verschiedenen Abteilungen unseres Hauses

* Allgemeine administrative und kaufmännische Tätigkeiten

* Mitarbeit an der Rezeption und Betreuung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste

* Check-in und Check-out sowie Bearbeitung von Reservierungen und Gästeanfragen

* Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz

Das bringst Du mit:

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder Buchhaltungsausbildung von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse der laufenden Buchhaltung

* Erfahrung mit IGEL von großem Vorteil

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Office und Excel

* Genauigkeit, Zahlenverständnis und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion

* Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Menschen und unseren internationalen Gästen

* Freundliches, professionelles und serviceorientiertes Auftreten

* Teamgeist, Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft, auch dort mitanzupacken, wo Unterstützung benötigt wird

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Gästen

* Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Wochenenddiensten

Entlohnung:

Mindestgehalt € 2.263,00 brutto/Monat auf Vollzeitbasis gemäß Kollektivvertrag für Hotellerie und Gastronomie in Niederösterreich für Angestellte, aliquot entsprechend dem vereinbarten Beschäftigungsausmaß. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
