Für unser Wiener Headquarter suchen wir ab sofort eine_n engagierte_n 1 Buchhalter_in (Vollzeit)

Sie sind verlässlich, handeln vorausschauend und denken unkonventionell? Dann sind Sie die perfekte Ergänzung für unser Team, das wir um eine_n Buchhalter_in Vollzeit ab sofort erweitern.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Selbständige Führung der internen laufenden Buchhaltung (Eingangsrechnungen, Ausgangsrechnungen, Erstellung von e-Rechnungen, Reisekosten- und Spesenabrechnung, Kreditkartenabrechnungen) inkl. Salden- und Kostenabstimmungen;

* Abwicklung des laufenden Zahlungsverkehrs;

* Vorbereitungsarbeiten für den Jahresabschluss;

* Mitarbeit bei Controlling-Tätigkeiten;

* Regelmäßiger Kontakt mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnerinnen und Ansprechpartnern.

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Mindestens 2 - 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Buchhaltungskraft

* Abgeschlossene Buchhalterprüfung von Vorteil

* Gute Kenntnisse des Umsatzsteuer-Rechts

* Freude am Kundenkontakt, positive Ausstrahlung und Begeisterungsfähigkeit

* Sehr gute Kenntnis der MS-Office-Tools sowie NTCS (wäre von Vorteil) und ausgezeichnete Rechtschreibkenntnisse in Deutsch und idealerweise Englisch

* klare Ausdrucksweise in der mündlichen und schriftlichen Kommunikation

* Sicheres Auftreten, Loyalität und Diskretion

* Sprachkenntnisse (Deutsch verhandlungssicher, gutes Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)

* Vorausschauende und genaue Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

Für diese Position ist bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung (Mo - Do von 9.00 Uhr bis 18.00 Uhr (1/2 Std Mittagspause) und Fr von 9.00 Uhr bis 13.00 Uhr) ein Monatsbruttogehalt von mindestens € 3.000,00 vorgesehen, bei entsprechender Erfahrung und Qualifikation besteht die Bereitschaft zu einer deutlichen Überzahlung.
