Dein Profil

* Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung bildet deine Basis

* Idealerweise hast du bereits eine Ausbildung bzw. Prüfung im Bereich Buchhaltung absolviert

* Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung aus dem Rechnungswesen mit

* Die österreichische Buchhaltung und die relevanten steuerlichen Grundlagen sind dir vertraut

* Mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, gehst du sicher um

* Wenn du bereits mit BMD gearbeitet hast, ist das ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt

* Du arbeitest sorgfältig, eigenständig und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick

* Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind für dich selbstverständlich

* Gleichzeitig bist du ein Teamplayer und gehst Herausforderungen lösungsorientiert an

Deine zukünftigen Tätigkeiten

* Du bist für die laufenden Buchhaltungsagenden mehrerer Gesellschaften verantwortlich

* Dabei hast du sowohl die Eingangs- als auch Ausgangsrechnungen im Blick

* Du kümmerst dich um Kontenabstimmungen und sorgst dafür, dass die Zahlen stimmen

* Der Zahlungsverkehr und das Forderungsmanagement gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich

* Du unterstützt das Team bei der Vorbereitung von Abschlüssen

* Du bereitest verschiedene Auswertungen und Unterlagen für interne Entscheidungen auf

* Gemeinsam mit deinen Kollegen arbeitest du daran, Abläufe im Rechnungswesen effizienter und digitaler zu gestalten

* Auch bei unterschiedlichen Projekten im Finanzbereich kannst du dein Know-how einbringen

* Der Austausch mit Controlling, Personalverrechnung, Bilanzbuchhaltung und externen Ansprechpartnern gehört zu deinem Arbeitsalltag

Wir bieten

* Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37 h/Woche) von Montag bis Freitag

* Die Position ist sowohl in Vollzeit als auch in Teilzeit möglich

* Der kollektivvertragliche Monatslohn beträgt € 3.500 brutto auf Basis Vollzeit
