Zur Verstärkung unseres Office-Teams suchen wir: 1 Buchhalter (m/w/d) Dienstort: Dorf an der Pram Vollzeit oder Teilzeit ab 25 Stunden

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich

* Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung im Konzern inkl. Fakturierung

* Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung

* Anlagenbuchhaltung

* Erstellung und Übermittlung von Meldungen an Behörden

* Abstimmung und Kontenklärung der Lieferanten-, Kunden- und Sachkonten

* Planung und Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs im In- und Ausland

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Controlling-Abteilung

* Kommunikation mit Wirtschaftsprüfer*innen und Steuerberatern

Was uns überzeugt

* Kaufmännischer Schulabschluss (HAK/HAS), Buchhaltungsausbildung oder vergleichbares Studium

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung

* Genauigkeit und Strukturiertheit im Arbeiten

* Zahlenaffinität

* Kenntnisse im österreichischen Umsatzsteuergesetz (UStG)

* Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* BMD-Kenntnisse von Vorteil bzw. wünschenswert

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Organisationsstärke

Für die Position bieten wir ein makrtkonformes Jahresgehalt das sich an deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung orientiert und wir legen dieses gemeinsam mit dir fest. Das Mindestgehalt auf Basis Vollzeit beträgt EUR 3458,06,- brutto/Monat (für 38,5 Wochenstunden / KV für Angestellte EMI). Eine Überzahlung ist aufgrund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
