Am Standort Wien wird aus pflanzlichen Rohstoffen und gebrauchten Speiseölen ein wertvoller Beitrag zur Energiewende geleistet - mit Fokus auf Umweltverantwortung, technologischer Innovation und sozialer Nachhaltigkeit.

Aufgabe:

* Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsfälle (Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen)

* Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs inkl. Vorbereitung

* Kontrolle und Abstimmung offener Posten (Debitoren/Kreditoren)

* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung

* Mitwirkung an der laufenden Optimierung interner Finanzprozesse

* Aufbereitung von Unterlagen für externe Prüfungen

* Nach Einarbeitung: eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung definierter Buchhaltungsbereiche

Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, HLW, Bilanzbuchhalterkurs etc.)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung von Vorteil

* Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1), einfache Englischkommunikation möglich

* Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Genauigkeit

* Führerschein B und eigenes KFZ zur Erreichbarkeit des Standorts (nicht öffentlich erreichbar)
