DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET:

* Buchung laufender Geschäftsfälle sowie Durchführung der Debitorenbuchhaltung

* Einholen von Bonitätsauskünften und Korrespondenz mit Kreditversicherungen

* Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Mahnwesen in enger Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Vertriebs- sowie Rechtsabteilung

* Vorbereitungstätigkeit bei der Erstellung von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HASCH, HAK etc.) und Weiterqualifizierung in der Buchhaltung wünschenswert

* Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem Industrieunternehmen (vorzugsweise im Projektgeschäft)

* Versiertes Anwender-Know-how in einer Buchhaltungssoftware sowie fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Hohes Zahlenverständnis, Serviceorientierung, gepaart mit einer verlässlichen, strukturierten und eigenständigen Arbeitsweise

* Digitale Affinität sowie Interesse an der Optimierung von Prozessen
