Um unsere Finanzprozesse auf das nächste Level zu heben, holen wir die Buchhaltung und Personalverrechnung ins Haus. Dafür suchen wir eine erfahrene und strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität, die diesen Bereich neu aufbaut, moderne Software (BMD) implementiert, smarte Prozesse gestaltet u... 1 Buchhaltung & Personalverrechnung (m/w/d) Vollzeit (37 Stunden) Dienstort: Bad Vöslau ab 1.11.2026

Ihre Aufgaben

* Aufbau: Eigenständiger Aufbau und strategische Weiterentwicklung der neu geschaffenen internen Buchhaltungs- und Personalverrechnung * Lohn- & Personalverrechnung: Selbstständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen; Durchführung von Meldungen und Pflege sämtlicher Stammdaten; Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Verträgen * Rechtsberatung & Support: Fundierte Unterstützung bei arbeits-, lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen * Laufende Buchhaltung: Eigenständige Durchführung der Debitoren- und Kreditoren-, Banken- und Kassenbuchhaltung inklusive Zahlungsverkehr, Mahnwesen und Kontenabstimmung * Rechnungsprüfung: Prüfung, Kontrolle, Zuordnung und Kontierung von Eingangsrechnungen * Abschlüsse & Berichte: Aktive Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen (inkl. Endabrechnung) sowie Aufbereitung von Unterlagen für Steuerberater und Geschäftsführung * Prozessdesign & Digitalisierung: Aktive Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer Prozesse, um die Startbahn effizienter aufzustellen * Controlling: Analyse und Aufbereitung von Finanz- und Unternehmenskennzahlen, Mitarbeit bei Budget-, Forecast- und Planungsprozessen, Erstellung von Reports als verlässliche Entscheidungsgrundlage * Projektmitarbeit: Aktive Mitarbeit bei unternehmensinternen Projekten

Unsere Anforderungen

* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAS, HAK, HBLW oder Wirtschaftsstudium) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung * Fachqualifikation: Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht; von Vorteil ist eine erfolgreich absolvierte Personalverrechnungsprüfung * Branchenblick: Fundierte Erfahrung in der Personalverrechnung, beispielsweise in einer Steuerberatung * Systemkompetenz: Idealerweise gute Kenntnisse in BMD NTCS sowie sicherer Umgang mit Excel * Mentalität: Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude am Aufbau einer neu geschaffenen internen Stelle * Arbeitsweise: Prozessorientiertes Denken, gutes Zahlenverständnis, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Genauigkeit und absolute Diskretion * Teamgeist: Kommunikationsstärke, Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen sowie enge Abstimmung mit Office/Administration und Geschäftsführung
