Een brief lezen mensen niet altijd. Een goed gesprek werkt wel. Klanten die we spreken, betalen vaker wat ze nog moeten betalen en voorkomen zo grotere problemen. Daarom bellen we graag. En daarvoor zoeken we jou. Wat ga je doen als Klantenservice Medewerker Incasso? - Klanten bellen die een rekening nog niet hebben betaald, zowel mensen thuis als ondernemers. Je belt op tijd, voordat het bedrag groter wordt en de zorgen ook; - Luisteren naar wat er speelt en samen een oplossing zoeken die past, zoals in één keer betalen, in delen betalen of hulp van een schuldhulpverlener; - Contact houden met gemeenten en hulpverleners die klanten helpen om weer grip te krijgen op hun geld; - Duidelijke afspraken maken en die goed vastleggen. De mensen die je spreekt, hebben het soms zwaar. Geldzorgen geven stress, en met stress is het lastig om dingen te regelen. Met jouw geduld, begrip en duidelijke uitleg voelen zij zich gehoord.
