Functieomschrijving Als budgetbeheerder bij Fivoor werk je zelfstandig én in teamverband. Je beheert de financiën van cliënten met complexe problematiek. Met jouw kennis van regelgeving, belastingen en toeslagen zorg je ervoor dat inkomsten en uitgaven in balans blijven. Zo draag je bij aan het vergroten van hun zelfredzaamheid. Dit ga jij doen Als budgetbeheerder binnen onze afdeling Budget & Beheer werk je in het hart van de forensische psychiatrie. Een werkdag is zelden hetzelfde: - Opstellen van budgetplannen en maandbegrotingen - Uitvoeren van betalingen, wijzigen van gegevens - Aanvragen van toeslagen, bijzondere bijstand en kwijtschelding - Aangifte inkomstenbelasting doen voor cliënten - Contact onderhouden met verwijzers, familie en instanties - Telefonisch spreekuur en bureaudienst draaien - Bijdragen aan financiële zelfredzaamheid van cliënten - Flexibel inzetbaar zijn op meerdere locaties Hier kom jij te werken Je gaat aan de slag in een hecht, informeel team met als standplaats Den Haag. Daarnaast werk je flexibel op andere locaties in de regio. Jouw cliënten bevinden zich binnen de specialistische en forensische psychiatrie, vaak met schulden en complexe sociale problematiek. Jij helpt hen bij het creëren van overzicht én toekomstperspectief. Vereisten Dit ben jij - Hbo-diploma, bij voorkeur in Sociaal Juridische Dienstverlening - Ervaring of affiniteit met psychiatrie, verslavingszorg en justitiële maatregelen - Bekend met schuldhulpverlening en relevante wet- en regelgeving - Je werkt graag zelfstandig binnen duidelijke kaders en procedures - Je bent planmatig sterk, servicegericht en beschikt over inlevingsvermogen - Je hebt ervaring met IBS (Bizon) of maakt je dit snel eigen - Je bent communicatief vaardig en...
