Jouw rol in ons team

Als budgetbeheerder werk je binnen het Directoraat-Generaal Material Resources (DGMR) in de Ondersectie Maintenance & Operating. Je maakt deel uit van een klein team van twee personen en bent verantwoordelijk voor de budgettaire planning en het beheer van werkingsuitgaven in infrastructuur en communicatiesystemen.

  • Je assisteert bij alle begrotingsfasen: planning, uitvoering, aanpassingen en verslaglegging
  • Je behandelt aankoopaanvragen en controleert de coherentie van budgettaire middelen
  • Je beheert informaticatools en stelt budgettaire documenten op
  • Je werkt samen met materieelbeheerders en aankoopopfficieren
  • Je vervangt de bureauchef bij dagelijkse kwesties

Over de organisatie

Het Ministerie van Defensie is met 30.000 medewerkers een van de grootste werkgevers van België. Het DGMR is verantwoordelijk voor de verwerving en het beheer van materiële middelen voor Defensie. Je werkt in een gemengde omgeving met burger- en militair personeel in Evere.

Selectieprocedure

De procedure bestaat uit:

  1. Screening van diploma en ervaring
  2. Een computertest bij Werkenvoor.be (bij voldoende kandidaten)
  3. Een interview met gevalstudie bij FOD BOSA in Brussel

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in economie zonder ervaring, of een algemeen masterdiploma met 1 jaar relevante werkervaring in budgetbeheer, factuuropvolging of financiële dossiers
  • Kennis van budgetten is vereist
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, cijfermatig sterk
  • Je bent bereid om in een militaire omgeving te werken en een veiligheidsonderzoek te doorlopen
  • Een goede kennis van Frans en Microsoft Office zijn pluspunten
