Als Building & Utilities Lead neem je een sleutelrol op in het beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van de technische infrastructuur op een sterk gereguleerde, hoogtechnologische productiesite in Noord-Limburg. De functie combineert people management met technische verantwoordelijkheid voor gebouwen, utilities en facility-activiteiten. Binnen deze rol ligt de focus op het waarborgen van een veilige, conforme en betrouwbare infrastructuur én op het realiseren van toekomstige verbeteringen en investeringen. Door technische expertise, projectmanagement en teamcoördinatie te combineren, draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de continuïteit en verdere groei van de site.

Wat ga je doen?

Building & Utilities

Binnen het domein Building & Utilities neem je de tactische en operationele verantwoordelijkheid op voor de technische infrastructuur van de site. De functie omvat het beheer van gebouwen, nutsvoorzieningen, HVAC, gebouwbeveiliging, alarm- en gebouwbeheersystemen. Daarbij bewaak je de continuïteit, betrouwbaarheid en compliance van de installaties en volg je onderhouds-, keurings- en inspectieplannen op. Je stuurt storingen, defecten en correctieve acties mee aan en levert technische input bij nieuwe installaties, verbouwingen en proceswijzigingen. Ook infrastructuurprojecten zoals dakwerken, gebouwrenovaties, kantoorinrichtingen en uitbreidingen van productie- of magazijnruimtes vallen binnen de scope. Projecten worden van scope tot oplevering opgevolgd, met aandacht voor timing, kwaliteit en budget. Daarnaast werk je samen met technische specialisten binnen onder meer HVAC, E&I en gebouwinfrastructuur. Je selecteert en coördineert leveranciers en aannemers, beoordeelt offertes en volgt contracten en facturatie op volgens de geldende richtlijnen. Ook investeringsaanvragen en continue verbeterinitiatieven behoren tot de verantwoordelijkheden.

Facility & teamcoördinatie

Als lead zorg je voor een duidelijke taakverdeling, prioriteitenstelling en resourceplanning binnen het Building & Utilities- en Facility-team. Je coacht medewerkers, stimuleert samenwerking en creëert duidelijkheid rond verantwoordelijkheden en verwachtingen. Naast de technische activiteiten bewaak je de algemene staat van de site. Facility-activiteiten zoals reiniging, pest control, werkkledij en site-onderhoud worden opgevolgd en afgestemd met de betrokken partners. Orde, netheid, veiligheid en een kwalitatieve werkomgeving blijven daarbij belangrijke aandachtspunten. Je werkt nauw samen met Project, Engineering en Operations en ondersteunt change controls, CAPA's en andere verbetertrajecten. Door verschillende disciplines met elkaar te verbinden, zorg je voor een efficiënte aanpak van technische uitdagingen en projecten op de site.

Wie ben jij?

Je beschikt minimaal over een bachelor diploma in een technische richting of hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door relevante ervaring. Een medior tot senior achtergrond binnen Building & Utilities, Facility, engineering of een vergelijkbare technische productieomgeving vormt een sterke basis. Ervaring binnen een sterk gereguleerde of hoogtechnologische omgeving is een pluspunt. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met projectmanagement en leidinggeven. Technische kennis van gebouwtechnieken, utilities en HVAC is belangrijk om de verschillende installaties en projecten op de site inhoudelijk te kunnen opvolgen. Kennis van change control, CAPA's en technische compliance is een meerwaarde. Daarnaast werk je vlot met MS Office en beschik je over een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt. Je bent organisatorisch sterk, probleemoplossend en kwaliteitsgericht. Je behoudt het overzicht wanneer verschillende projecten en prioriteiten samenkomen en gaat proactief op zoek naar oplossingen. Een veiligheidsbewuste en stressbestendige houding is vanzelfsprekend binnen deze gereguleerde omgeving. Als people manager weet je technische expertise te combineren met coaching, samenwerking en duidelijke communicatie.
