Wat ooit begon als een klein familiebedrijf, is inmiddels uitgegroeid tot een internationale organisatie met een groot assortiment en een eigen afdeling Maatwerk. Juist op die afdeling kom jij terecht. Hier worden klant specifieke orders geproduceerd die uit onze eigen voorraad geleverd kunnen worden. En technisch staat daar behoorlijk wat voor klaar. Op de afdeling staan drie verschillende buislasers waarmee zowel kleine buizen en kokers als materiaal tot maar liefst 660 mm wordt verwerkt. Je wordt daarbij niet aan één machine gekoppeld, maar krijgt de kans om ze uiteindelijk alle drie te leren kennen. Zo blijft het werk afwisselend en word je steeds breder inzetbaar binnen de afdeling. Wat zijn jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden? Je start je dag met een bak koffie of thee en kijkt daarna welke order er vanuit de planning voor je klaarstaat. Aan het begin van de week neem je samen met je collega's op de werkvloer de planning door. Zo weet je wat eraan komt en kunnen bijzonderheden meteen worden besproken. Vanuit het ERP-systeem krijg je jouw order aangeleverd en worden de tekeningen en programma's naar de machine gestuurd. Vanaf dat moment ben jij aan zet. Je controleert of de tekening klopt, het programma logisch is opgebouwd en alles klaarstaat om de juiste onderdelen te snijden. Zie je iets waarvan je denkt: dit klopt niet helemaal?
