The posting

Als senior (buiten)inspecteur Omgevingswet houd je zelfstandig toezicht op bouwprojecten in 's-Hertogenbosch. Je bent ongeveer de helft van je tijd buiten in de stad. Je controleert of er volgens de regels en vergunningen wordt gebouwd en hebt veel contact met inwoners, aannemers en specialisten.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je voert controles uit en kijkt of er volgens de vergunning wordt gebouwd en of veiligheid, installaties en brandveiligheid op orde zijn. • Je houdt toezicht op complexe bouwprojecten, zoals grote inbreidingsplannen, hoogbouw en monumenten. • Je controleert verbouwingen van monumenten en stemt af met erfgoedadviseurs en andere specialisten. • Je signaleert illegale bouw en illegaal gebruik en bepaalt welke vervolgactie nodig is. • Je behandelt klachten en meldingen van inwoners over bijvoorbeeld overlast door bouwwerkzaamheden. • Je ondersteunt bij controles rond ondermijning en stemt af met juristen, vergunningverleners, aannemers, bewoners en andere betrokkenen. • Je legt jouw bevindingen duidelijk vast en levert informatie voor juridische besluiten en handhaving.

Je werkt 36 uur per week. Je start zo snel mogelijk en werkt tot en met 31 december 2027.

Functie-eisen: Jij bent een ervaren bouwkundig toezichthouder die snel zelfstandig aan de slag kan. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen dossiers en houdt ook bij lastige of gevoelige situaties het overzicht. Je durft besluiten te nemen en weet wanneer je andere deskundigen moet betrekken.

Je communiceert duidelijk met inwoners, aannemers en andere betrokkenen en blijft rustig bij weerstand. Je luistert goed, denkt in oplossingen en stelt zelf prioriteiten. Ook leg je jouw bevindingen zorgvuldig en duidelijk vast.

Wat neem je mee?

• Een diploma Ambtenaar Bouw- en Woningtoezicht (ABW). • Een afgeronde mbo 4-opleiding met minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als bouwkundig toezichthouder, of een afgeronde hbo-opleiding met ruime relevante ervaring. • Recente werkervaring als bouw
