Met jouw aanpak maak je zichtbaar verschil achter de voordeur Jouw uitdaging bij Dunea Iedere dag zorgt Dunea voor betrouwbaar drinkwater voor ruim 1,4 miljoen klanten. Als Buitendienstmedewerker Meter tot Cash (MTC) werk je zelfstandig in ons verzorgingsgebied. Daarbij krijg je veel ruimte om zelf verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en oplossingen te vinden. Je bent het vertrouwde gezicht van Dunea bij onze klanten thuis. Je voert onderzoeken uit, controleert meterstanden, bezoekt leegstaande panden en ondersteunt klanten met financiële uitdagingen. Met empathie, oplossingsgerichtheid en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden maak je gemakkelijk contact. We werken volgens de principes van sociaal incasseren: met aandacht voor de mens achter de rekening. Je luistert naar de situatie van de klant en zoekt naar een passende oplossing. Daarbij ben je duidelijk wanneer dat nodig is, altijd met respect en begrip. Wat je hiernaast ook gaat doen: - Bezoeken van leegstaande panden en uitvoeren van leegstandscontroles; - Het controleren en verbeteren van klant- en aansluitgegevens; - Het meedenken over verbeteringen in onze dienstverlening en processen; - Ondersteunen bij sociaal incasseren en het voeren van gesprekken met klanten over betalingsachterstanden; - Het uitvoeren van opdrachten die voortkomen uit signalen van collega's van BKC en M2C. Wat vragen we? Je bent communicatief sterk en hebt een klantgerichte en empathische instelling. Je werkt graag zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee over passende oplossingen.
