Het blijkt spannender dan het gemiddelde tandartsbezoek. Je bent betrokken vanaf het eerste moment en zorgt voor een soepel (administratief) proces. Van het eerste bezoek aan de klant in zijn/haar buitengewone pand, naar de opmaak van een verkoopbrochure tot en met uiteindelijk de afwikkeling aan nieuwe eigenaren. En geloof ons, daar komt veel bij kijken, zeker omdat we onze lat graag hoog leggen. Een verkooptraject verloopt het liefst geheel kloppend EN snel. Ons werktempo ligt dus hoog en is gericht op buitengewoon tevreden klanten. In het team van binnendienst collega's ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een deel van onze klantportefeuille. Een portefeuille die we, mede dankzij jouw commerciële voelsprieten, dagelijks vergroten. Ook jij bent geregeld aan de telefoon met (nieuwe) ambassadeurs van Klaver Makelaardij, om zoveel mogelijk mensen gelukkig te maken in het vinden of verkopen van hun eigen plek. Onze buitengewone klantreis is heilig. Klaver Makelaardij staat voor hoogwaardige service, een buitengewone aanpak en een op maat gemaakte database. Dat zorgt ervoor dat wij een unieke klantportefeuille mogen bedienen. Om dat te kunnen blijven doen, zoeken wij een collega voor een mooie rol die veel van je vraagt EN veel kansen aan je biedt.
