Amsterdam UMC · Amsterdam Intro Ben je nieuwkomer of statushouder met een verpleegkundige achtergrond en heb je nog geen BIG-registratie. Dan komt je mogelijk in aanmerking om deel te nemen aan het traject 'Nieuwkomers in hun kracht'. Voor wie: Ben jij een verpleegkundige met een buitenlandse opleiding en woon je in Nederland, maar beschik je nog niet over een BIG-registratie? Wil je jouw kennis en vaardigheden inzetten om een verschil te maken in de Nederlandse zorg? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wat ga je doen: Met het programma Nieuwkomers in hun Kracht helpen wij jou om jouw professionele ervaring als verpleegkundige in Nederland verder te ontwikkelen. Wij bieden jou een unieke kans om: - Een BIG-registratie te behalen met begeleiding en ondersteuning. - Een werkplek als assisterend verpleegkundige. - Taalvaardigheden en interculturele communicatie te versterken. - Deel uit te maken van een inspirerend netwerk van andere buitenlandse zorgprofessionals. Wat neem je mee: - Een afgeronde verpleegkundige opleiding in het buitenland, gewaardeerd op minimaal mbo4 niveau. - Basiskennis van de Nederlandse taal, minimaal niveau A2/B1. - Je bent woonachtig in regio Amsterdam. - Bij voorkeur heb je verpleegkundig ervaring in het ziekenhuis. - Een open houding en doorzettingsvermogen om nieuwe uitdagingen aan te gaan.
