Voor de 50-50 joint venture tussen SABIC en Plastic Energy - SABIC Plastic Energy Advanced Recycling B.V. werk je op het Chemelot terrein in Geleen. Als buitenoperator bij dit unieke project controleer je de installaties en verhelp je (mechanische) storingen op een gloednieuwe hightech productiesite. Waarin afvalplastics via een uniek proces getransformeerd wordt in waardevolle nieuwe grondstoffen. Je komt te werken in een ervaren team van zo'n 30 operators. Wat je allemaal te wachten staat? - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aanpassen van processen en apparatuur. - Je werkt nauw samen met de meetkameroperator, aan wie je ook afwijkingen en op de site uitgevoerde aanpassingen meldt. - Je voert reguliere inspectierondes uit. Je monitort, door het afvinken van checklis en verschillende processen aan de hand van de corresponderende parameters. - Je lost storingen, defecten op. - Je meldt de risico's op het gebied van veiligheid en milieu, bij de meetkameroperator en/of hoofdoperator. - Je voert dagelijks preventief onderhoud uit en verricht de noodzakelijke reparaties. Wie ben jij? - Je bent in het bezit van VAPRO B (chemisch) en je hebt ervaring opgedaan in de chemie. - Je hebt je VCA Basis op zak, heb je dit niet dan kan je dat halen via ProfCore. - Je hebt een hoog veiligheidsbesef. - Je bent in het bezit van je heftruckcertificaat of bereid dit te behalen via ProfCore. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal zowel in woord als in schrift.
