The posting

Van staal en RVS tot PE. Van perslucht en stoom tot gas en granulaten. Als buizenlasser/-fitter werk je aan industriële installaties waar jouw technische kennis het verschil maakt. Je vertrekt naar verschillende klanten in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen en werkt er aan pipingprojecten van A tot Z. Geen bandwerk en geen dagen die er hetzelfde uitzien: je krijgt te maken met verschillende materialen, diameters, installaties en industriële toepassingen. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er niet alleen voor. Samen met de klant zoek je naar de beste technische oplossing en zorg je ervoor dat de installatie correct, veilig en kwalitatief wordt uitgevoerd.

Als buizenlasser/-fitter sta je in voor de montage en installatie van industriële leidingen. Concreet:

  • Monteren van leidingen in PE, staal en RVS
  • Plaatsen van beugels, afsluiters, bochten en aftakkingen
  • Lassen met TIG en/of HA
  • Werken met kleine én grote leidingdiameters
  • Installeren van leidingen voor gas, vloeistoffen, stoom, perslucht en granulaten
  • Plannen en isometrieën interpreteren en uitvoeren
  • Werken op verschillende industriële werven
  • Technisch meedenken wanneer de situatie op de werf daarom vraagt
  • Overleggen met klanten en zoeken naar praktische oplossingen
  • Zorgen voor een veilige en kwalitatieve uitvoering

Waar ga je werken? Je werkt voor verschillende industriële klanten en komt daardoor telkens in een andere technische omgeving terecht. Dat maakt deze job interessant voor iemand die graag zijn kennis toepast in de praktijk en niet elke dag exact hetzelfde wil doen. Je krijgt bovendien degelijk materiaal ter beschikking: alle nodige gereedschappen, werkkledij en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen worden voorzien. Je hebt:

  • Ervaring als buizenlasser, pijpfitter of in een gelijkaardige technische functie
  • Een goede kennis van verschillende leidingmaterialen
  • Ervaring met TIG en/of HA-lassen
  • Laservaring en bij voorkeur relevante lascertificaten
  • Het vermogen om plannen en isometrieën te lezen
  • Een praktische en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Een brede technische interesse
  • Oog voor kwaliteit en detail
  • Zin om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen
  • Een klantgerichte houding
  • Geen hoogtevrees
  • Respect voor veiligheidsvoorschriften
