Der Österreichische Integrationsfonds (ÖIF) ist ein Fonds der Republik Österreich und fördert Flüchtlinge und Zugewanderte in ihrer Integration. Dafür stellt der ÖIF Integrationszentren in allen Landeshauptstädten, Deutschkurse, Werte- und Orientierungskurse und Integrationsprüfungen zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus setzt der ÖIF viele weitere Initiativen zur Förderung der sprachlichen, beruflichen und gesellschaftlichen Integration um. Der ÖIF ist auch Ansprechpartner für Institutionen, Organisationen und Multiplikator/innen im Integrations-, Sozial- und Bildungsbereich. Der Österreichische Integrationsfonds sucht zur Verstärkung seines Teams: 1 Bundeslandkoordinator/in für geförderte Deutschkursprojekte (40h) - Karenzvertretung

Ihr Aufgabenfeld

* Eigenständige Koordination des ÖIF-Förderprogramms "Startpaket Deutsch und Integration" im jeweiligen Bundesland

* Professionelle Betreuung der Auftragnehmer als zentrale Ansprechperson

* Aktive Steuerung des regionalen Kursbedarfs in enger Abstimmung mit dem ÖIF-Integrationszentrum sowie externen Partnern

* Durchführung der Abrufplanung sowie Koordination des Kursabrufs bei Auftragnehmern gemäß Rahmenvereinbarung

* Administrative Begleitung der Kursumsetzung inklusive Kursadministration, Fristenkontrolle und Nachverfolgung offener Punkte

* Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Leitfäden, Prozessdokumenten und Checklisten mit Fokus auf einheitliche Standards

* Nutzung sowie laufende Pflege der ÖIF-internen Datenbank zur Sicherstellung einer nachvollziehbaren Dokumentation

* Durchführung von Austauschgesprächen vor Ort zur Abstimmung und Weiterentwicklung der Zusammenarbeit

Ihre Kenntnisse

* Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium und idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit der Abwicklung von Förderprogrammen

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Klare mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit und Sicherheit im Auftreten gegenüber Auftragnehmern und externen Partnern
