Er staan vijf kersverse kandidaten klaar om de strijd met elkaar aan te gaan. Het evenement is ook toegankelijk voor bezoekers. De Koopgoot wordt omgetoverd naar een echte catwalk waar de finalisten met elkaar gaan strijden. Vanaf 15.00 uur is het zover. Dan gaan gepassioneerde Rotterdamse modeliefhebbers Naddie, Elise, Venus, Olympia en Shayron hun beste outfit en visie op de catwalk laten zien. Één van deze vijf modefanaten wordt de nieuwe Modeburgemeester van Rotterdam en zal de officiele burgemeestersketting overnemen van Olivia Rosalinda Pattiwael. De vakjury bepaalt de uiteindelijke winnaar die rond 17.00 uur bekend zal worden. De winnaar wordt het nieuwe, lokale mode gezicht van Rotterdam, doet mee aan campagnes en krijgt toegang tot verschillende mode-evenementen. Ook mag de Modeburgemeester lokale kledingwinkels vertegenwoordigen.
