We are hiring! Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Business Accountant General Ledger (w/m/d) Vollzeit, Wien

Aufgaben

* Du sorgst nicht nur für korrekte Zahlen und reibungslose Abläufe, sondern gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse und bist eine zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Fragen rund um Bilanzierung und Reporting.

* Du übernimmst die Hauptverantwortung für die Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach lokalem Recht (UGB) und IFRS.

* Mit deinem geschulten Auge führst du monatliche Saldenprüfungen durch, kontrollierst Buchhaltungsdokumente und stellst so die Datenqualität sicher.

* Du organisierst und koordinierst Audits, erstellst Abschlussberichte und bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Wirtschaftsprüfer*innen.

* Als SAP Key-User*in bist du nicht nur Ansprechperson für systemtechnische Fragen, sondern treibst auch die Optimierung und Standardisierung unserer Accounting-Prozesse voran.

* Du wirkst bei spannenden Sonderthemen und Projekten mit, wie zum Beispiel bei Firmenankäufen oder der Implementierung neuer Rechnungslegungsvorschriften.

Profil

* Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Du überzeugst durch deine Genauigkeit, dein analytisches Denkvermögen und deine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.

* Erfahrungen und Know-how: Du bringst einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in einem komplexen internationalen Unternehmensumfeld, mit. In der Bilanzerstellung nach UGB und IFRS bist du sattelfest.

* Qualifikation / Begeisterung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung und verfügst über ausgezeichnete SAP-Kenntnisse (SAP R3 sowie SAP S/4HANA), insbesondere im Modul FI.

* Ausbildung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HBLA) oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium.

* Sprachen: einwandfreies Deutsch und Englisch
