Vandaag de dag is Veolia Hazardous Waste de belangrijkste speler in Europa voor de verwerking en terugwinning van gevaarlijk afval.

Sarpi Ecoservices BE - dat deel uitmaakt van de Hazardous Waste Europe group - is gespecialiseerd in het verzamelen en verhandelen van gevaarlijk afval. Sarpi Ecoservices BE heeft operationele activiteiten in Beerse, Jumet, Sint-Niklaas en een administratieve hub in Gent en telt momenteel 141 medewerkers.

Ben jij het administratieve talent dat ons Logistics Team in Beerse komt versterken?

In deze gevarieerde functie ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen het Logistics team. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je beheert transportdocumenten, ondersteunt collega's en springt flexibel in waar het nodig is. Jouw rol:

Als Business Administration Officer speel je een sleutelrol in de dagelijkse operationele werking van de afdeling Logistics. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen chauffeurs, en de interne organisatie, en zorgt ervoor dat administratieve processen vlot en correct verlopen - van transportdocumenten tot orderverwerking (back-up) en voorraadbeheer.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs - aan het loket én telefonisch - en zorgt ervoor dat zij altijd met de juiste documenten vertrekken. Transportdocumenten, ADR-stickers, grensovergangen: jij regelt het.
  • Je volgt rij- en rusttijden op en zorgt voor een correcte registratie van aan- en afwezigheden van chauffeurs in het tijdsregistratiesysteem.
  • Je beheert voorraden van afvalstromen in SAP: je verwerkt transacties, ondersteunt de maandafsluiting en rapporteert de voorraadstatus aan Finance.
  • Je zorgt voor de registratie van klantorders (met een specifieke focus op containerparken) in het SAP-systeem.
  • Je fungeert daarnaast als vaste back-up voor je collega die verantwoordelijk is voor de orderverwerking in SAP: je ontvangt orderaanvragen, controleert ze op volledigheid en verwerkt ze correct in het systeem. Zo garandeer je continuïteit wanneer je collega afwezig is.
  • Dankzij jouw brede inzetbaarheid draag je ook bij aan andere administratieve taken binnen het team, afhankelijk van de noden van het moment.
  • Je plaats tewerkstelling is onze site in Beerse. Je rapporteert aan de Logistics Manager.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je ziet flexibiliteit niet als een uitdaging, maar als een van je troeven. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen taken, houdt het hoofd koel bij drukke momenten en neemt initiatief.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd, maar verliest de grote lijn nooit uit het oog.
  • Je hebt een groot aanpassingsvermogen en organiseert je werk methodisch (discretie, nauwgezetheid, precisie).
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega’s uit verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je durft je uit te drukken in het Frans en schrikt er niet voor terug om een Franstalige collega of klant te woord te staan.
  • Je krijgt energie van administratie en werken met systemen.
  • Ervaring met SAP is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw logisch denkvermogen en leergierigheid zijn nóg belangrijker.
