Als stagiair ga je actief in gesprek met horecazaken zoals restaurants, cafés en andere zaken met walk-in klanten. Je gebruikt je commerciële vaardigheden om hun dagelijkse werking te analyseren en te begrijpen waar optimalisaties mogelijk zijn. Op basis van hun noden stel je de juiste digitale oplossing voor om processen zoals reservaties, kassabeheer, voorraad en klantenbeheer efficiënter te maken. Je staat rechtstreeks in contact met zaakvoerders en beslissingsnemers en leert hoe je een echte meerwaarde creëert in een sector waar snelheid en service cruciaal zijn. Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Field Sales: Bezoek potentiële klanten (restaurants, winkels, enz.) persoonlijk, demonstreer de Odoo Kassa-app en verzamel feedback.
  • Productdemonstraties: Geef gedetailleerde demo’s van het Odoo Kassa-systeem en laat zien hoe het bedrijfsprocessen kan stroomlijnen en de verkoopregistratie kan verbeteren.
  • Klantinteractie: Relaties opbouwen met zaakvoerders en managers, en hen helpen begrijpen hoe de software van Odoo hun onderneming kan ondersteunen en versterken.
  • Rapportage: Houd nauwkeurig gegevens bij van klanten, verkoopvoortgang en feedback. Analyseer en begrijp de noden, activiteiten, bedrijfsprocessen en uitdagingen. Deel dagelijkse updates met je toegewezen teamleider.

Must Have

  • Je bent momenteel bezig met een Graduaat- Bachelor of Master in Business of andere relevante opleiding
  • Sterke communicatie- en overtuigingsvaardigheden
  • Proactieve houding, leergierigheid en aanpassingsvermogen
  • Vloeiend in het Nederlands
  • Ervaring in de horeca is een pluspunt
  • Beschikbaarheid van minimum 2 maanden (met flexibiliteit)
  • Mogelijkheid om op verschillende locaties en bij klanten te werken
