Hoe digitaliseer je zorg zonder de mens uit het oog te verliezen?

Bij i-mens geloven we dat technologie pas écht waardevol is als ze het leven van mensen beter maakt.

Als Business Analist ben je de brug tussen de business en IT, werk je aan projecten rond digitalisering van zorgprocessen, optimalisatie van klant- en medewerkerservaringen en de integratie van nieuwe technologieën, met directe impact op het leven van duizenden klanten én collega’s.

Je maakt deel uit van het Portfolio-team, bestaande uit de portfoliomanager, procesexperten, business analisten, product owners en programmamanagers. Je werkt intensief samen met projectmanagers, business owners, IT en andere afdelingen.

Wat ga je doen? Als Business Analist ben je de verbindende schakel tussen de noden van onze organisatie en de oplossingen die IT of projecten kunnen bieden. Je vertaalt vragen van de business naar heldere processen, user stories en verbeterinitiatieven. Je werkt proactief, denkt strategisch mee en durft bestaande aannames in vraag te stellen.

Een concreet voorbeeld: je werkt op een project rond digitale facturatie. Na het analyseren van de noden breng je processen in kaart, identificeer je verbeterpunten en vertaal je deze naar user stories, functionele vereisten en succescriteria. Je stemt af met IT over technische haalbaarheid en bewaakt de scope en samenhang van de oplossing, zodat deze zowel technisch als functioneel klopt.

Binnen deze rol heb je vier kerntaken:

  1. Behoeften analyseren en vertalen naar gedragen oplossingen Je start vanuit de vraag of uitdaging van de business en onderzoekt de achterliggende noden. Je brengt de context in kaart, stelt kritische vragen en vertaalt inzichten naar heldere, schaalbare en haalbare oplossingen. Je daagt bestaande processen of denkpatronen uit waar nodig.
  2. Oplossingen structureren, modelleren en concretiseren Je vertaalt oplossingen naar procesflows, user stories en duidelijke requirements. Je zorgt voor heldere succescriteria, een gedragen aanpak en afstemming met alle betrokken partijen. Je bewaakt de samenhang tussen processen, systemen, doelstellingen en de beleving van eindgebruikers.
  3. Transversale samenwerking en stakeholdermanagement Als brugfiguur zorg je voor nauwe samenwerking met alle stakeholders door deel te nemen aan sprintplanningen en overleg. Je beschikt over de nodige maturiteit om op een gepaste manier in overleg te gaan met stakeholders binnen de hele organisatie, en dit op verschillende niveaus.

Bij i-mens staat de mens centraal. Je toont respect voor klanten en collega’s, volgt de visie en waarden van i-mens en streeft naar kwaliteit in zorg.

Onderstaande vereisten zijn belangrijk:

  • Minimaal een Bachelor-denkniveau .
  • Minstens 3-5 jaar ervaring als business analist of in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend denkvermogen.
  • Vermogen om complexe analyses te voeren, zonder het overzicht en de strategische context te verliezen.
  • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden (mondeling en geschreven) in het Nederlands.
  • Interesse in nieuwe technologieën.
  • Inzicht in de gezondheidszorgsector is een pluspunt.
  • Maturiteit om met verschillende partijen (business-owners en managers) in gesprek te gaan om de juiste oplossing te vinden.
  • Bereidheid om een coachende rol op te nemen voor de verdere professionalisering van het bestaande team.

Je belangrijkste technische competenties:

  • Kennis van het Office-pakket en Azure DevOps, met basiskennis van software architectuur en databasestructuren.
  • Bekendheid met business proces modelling talen (bijv. BPMN).
  • Ervaring met Agile of andere projectmanagementtechnieken.
  • Methodische voorkennis vanwege de complexe organisatiestructuur.
