Bij ZilliZ help je zorgorganisaties om slimmer, eenvoudiger en efficiënter te werken met oplossingen die écht aansluiten op de praktijk. Je werkt op het snijvlak van zorg, technologie en innovatie. Samen met jouw collega's vertaal je complexe vraagstukken vanuit de zorg naar praktische oplossingen die dagelijks door zorgprofessionals worden gebruikt. Zo draag jij bij aan onze ambitie: de kleinschalige zorg mooier, makkelijker en leuker maken. Wat ga je doen? Als Business Analist ben jij de verbindende factor tussen onze klanten, interne teams en ontwikkelaars. Je duikt in processen, begrijpt de behoeften achter een vraagstuk en vertaalt deze naar heldere oplossingen waarmee het ontwikkelteam aan de slag kan. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: ● Analyseren van klantvragen, processen en behoeften en vertalen naar concrete oplossingen; ● Opstellen van requirements, specificaties en user stories voor het ontwikkelteam; ● Vertalen van complexe vraagstukken naar heldere ontwikkeltickets; ● Meedenken over verbeteringen en nieuwe functionaliteiten; ● Valideren van oplossingen en bewaken van de aansluiting op de praktijk; ● Ondersteunen van developers bij functionele vraagstukken; ● Vertalen van wet- en regelgeving naar impact op onze software; ● Samenwerken met partners rondom implementaties en integraties. Wat breng jij mee? Je kunt complexe materie vertalen naar duidelijke bouwblokken waar ontwikkelaars direct mee aan de slag kunnen. Affiniteit met softwareontwikkeling en ervaring met TypeScript, JavaScript en/of React, evenals werken met Visual Studio Code, helpen je om technische mogelijkheden snel te begrijpen en effectief te schakelen met het ontwikkelteam.
